I've practiced gastroenterology in Karachi for 28 years. In that time I've performed over 14,000 endoscopic procedures, i.e. upper endoscopies, colonoscopies, ERCPs, EUS cross Civil Hospital, Ziauddin, Indus Hospital, and several other centres. The patients I see most often present with H. pylori, GERD, fatty liver, or viral hepatitis.
